Audi of Raleigh set up an appointment for me to have RimGuard repair my 2015 Q7 rim that was mutilated after I had to get a leaking tire patched at a quick oil change place. After the terrible experience I suffered at the oil change place, it was amazing to receive such wonderful customer service from every single Audi employee I encountered at my appointment, as well as from RimGuard. To top it off, my rim now looks like it's brand new, and the whole repair experience was so positive it brightened my day. Love this dealership and highly recommend them and RimGuard! Garrett helped me out during my service and he was very nice. He kept me informed while I waited about what was being done to my vehicle. He also offered me the shuttle service or access to a more quiet waiting area due to my long appointment time.
It would've been nice to know my appointment was going to take 7 hours before arriving at the dealership. I was also told three times it would only be another 15 minutes. It took them 4 hours to do an oil change, tire rotations, and the state inspections. They said it was in the line for alignment. Which I never requested because it doesn't need one. It's a new car. I will never come back to any Audi. Seems like every Audi are like this. I been here and I'm so regret that I been here, I spend 2 grand and they been fix nothing good. So much for loyalty. Over the past 8 years, I've taken my three Audis to Leith Audi in Raleigh for service. I made an appointment for two weeks out for which I confirmed there would be a loaner car available. After making the drive to the dealership (45 minutes each way), they made me wait an hour before informing me that there would be no loaner car.
After this experience, not only will I not be back to any Leith dealership for sales or service, I won't be buying another Audi. I have had the worst experience with Audi Raleigh's Service & Parts, this has happened on multiple occasions. You would think choosing to take your Audi to the dealership (and paying more) vs. When I dropped off my car I was informed that it would take no longer than 3-4 hours. An hour prior to the promised finished time, I got a call informing me that the car will be done in 40 mins. I quickly made it back to the dealership to wait an additional 2 hours. 6 hours for an oil change that they said would take only 2/3 hours. Manager, Tom was horrible about the entire situation and lacks the ability to communicate with costumers properly. Brandon was a wonderful and very knowledgeable salesman. Our test ride was thorough.
Spurling and Harry were two very approachable and friendly members of the management team that I met. However, David was not as pleasant as the rest of the staff at Audi. He was rude, arrogant, and instantly ruined my entire visit. I bought my vehicle elsewhere. If you visit Audi for a vehicle, I recommend avoiding his office at all cost. I appreciate the personalized service that is consistent at every visit. I dropped off my vehicle for service and realized that I didn't have my most recent insurance card. The staff was patient in working with me to download and print, and even provided me a copy. Steve Dutra was amazing, as always. I appreciate that all staff, whether they are serving you or not, are welcoming and always willing to ensure that I am being helped. First time getting my service completed here. Last time I went to Cary. I'm so proud to be apart of valuable vehicle manufacturer.
This dealer was very courteous, upon arrival and departure. I was given a loaner so that, I was able to get things done while being serviced. I couldn't ask for a better service rep. Kelsey serviced my car. I purchased a car from Audi Raleigh this past week. I actually didn't plan on buying car for a few more months but my previous vehicle had completely broken down so I was car-less. I had known for a while that I wanted an Audi so I caught a ride after work to Audi Raleigh on Wednesday. While I was at work that day, my boyfriend had called in and been speaking with Cam all morning. They found the exact model, color, and price point that worked for me. So I met Cam that evening, test drove the car, and was pretty much sold on the car. However, I wanted my boyfriend's approval when he came to Raleigh the next Monday. Because I was car-less, they actually offered me a loaner car to get to work for the rest of the week! That was such a kind gesture.
