Customer complaints relating to suspension alignment, e.g.:
^ "Vehicle pulls to one side while driving straight ahead" or
^ "Steering wheel is out of line".
In this situation, we refer to the following important specifications for suspension alignment:
^ It may take up to 120 miles for the suspension to fully settle, which could impact alignment. The settling behaviour of the vehicles is complete
after this.
^ During suspension alignment, current adjustment values and adjustment values assigned to the relevant order type must always be used.
