Porsche is now unveiling the 2011 911 GT3 RSR, the latest iteration of what鈥檚 surely the most successful GT race car of all time. More power, for one thing. Porsche has made extensive changes to the 911 GT3 RSR to be competitive in the coming season on the routes of the world. Eighteen-inch BBS wheels are fitted; the fronts are wider than last year鈥檚鈥?2 inches instead of 11鈥攚hile the rear wheels remain a staggering 13 inches wide. The suspension is completely adjustable. Despite a galvanized-steel body, the new long-distance racer weighs a claimed 2690 pounds. The 911 GT3 RSR is not street legal, and the price is steep: In Germany, Porsche will charge 鈧?10,000 before taxes. At current exchange rates, that鈥檚 more than half a million dollars. But for those on a budget, Porsche Motorsport will offer a kit to upgrade last year鈥檚 model to 2011 specs. Aston Martin has been in existence for over 102 years and is now of the world鈥檚 most popular car manufacturers. Additionally, after being shifted to different countries, Aston Martin is now finally back to building vehicles in Britain. Not to mention, Aston Martin has its own owner鈥檚 club and there is even a 拢1 million-pound vehicle created by the company. Although the beginning of the timeline for the history of Aston Martin was a bit unstable, but they managed to establish themselves. Even after facing financial crisis year after year, Aston Martin now stands as one of the best luxury and high performance car manufacturers in the world.
