Ferrari claims these styling updates give the F8 Tributo improved aerodynamics and heat management than the outgoing 488 GTB. Ferrari also says that the reworked 鈥淪-Duct鈥?alone provides a 15 per cent increase in downforce, while the louvred clamshell helps extract excess heat from the engine bay. The new F8 Tributo uses the same 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 engine from the 488 Pista, producing 710bhp, with drive being sent through a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox to the rear wheels. Activated by selecting the 鈥淩ACE鈥?drive mode, Ferrari claims the new software makes the F8 Tributo鈥檚 performance more accessible to a wider range of drivers.
