Somebody once told us that when you already have a good thing, it鈥檚 best to leave it the heck alone, especially if that 鈥檊ood thing鈥?happens to be a matte purple wrapped Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SuperVeloce. Then again, nobody said anything about making a good thing better. While we have always professed our undying love for supercars decked in matte wrapping, our jaws almost fell to the floor when we caught sight of this spectacular beaut. Apparently, the owner of this Murcielago SuperVeloce decided that matte wrapping just wouldn鈥檛 be enough to highlight his glorious Italian bull of a supercar. So he decided to get rid of the matte and have his supercar wrapped in a purple chrome foil. And we鈥檙e not even paying that much attention to the set of ADV.1 Deep Concave ADv05 wheels the Murcielago is sitting on. We love the wheels too, by the way. But the shining purple chrome look of this Murcielago is what really sets it apart from a lot of fancy-colored Lamborghinis we鈥檝e seen in the past.
Maybe if the gods smile and the powerball magic kicks in, I'll get another MG, Austin-Healy, or. Thank you! I have already owned the big block mid-60's wild-thing Corvette but never the Porsche. Everyone tells me the VW is simply a Porsche without the lockwashers! I would hope that the experience is better than that but more than likely one would have to go to the turbo model to find out and those are still seriously out of reach price-wise. But, as you say, we can dream and express our desires in verse. Let's hope I don't get overly turned on by the women! Thanks much for the kind words of praise. I do not seem much lately as my views are down by 90% with the new format and I have ceased adding anything new to my portfolio here. 700 hubs would exceed. So, I am taking my time in shuffling things and I may just leave some in place. Awesome fun poem bro, reminds me of my Silver Bullet one I wrote a little while back, Nice one.
Thumbs up high, 5 of them puppies and sharing immediately, thanks for sharing your creative powers for poetic vice with us all bro! By the time we can finally afford one, we no longer remember why we wanted one! I had the Corvette, Will and I got over that in about two years though there were many things I loved about that car when I gave it up. Your desire to own one with a 327 is the best. By the time I get the Porsche, I may not be able to bend down that far anymore! Nostalgia dictates that my heart must return to my 1962 Corvette 327 with 4 on the floor. Glad you had fun with it! Great tribute to a beauty of a car. In my dreams. Interesting poem and topic. See, you're making me want one all the more! That makes two of us hoping for the same thing, Poppy. I'll give you a ride in it! I should dream about owning a new one!
I so hope that you are right in your prediction. Wow Doc, your dreams make mine feel cheap! Glad you had fun with the poem. Those cars have a way of bringing out that leadfoot trait in us. I wonder if they'll let me park mine down at the home? OMG, I had my eye on a brown one. I used to visit it everyday in the lot of a foreign car dealer. I hope your dream comes true! The Porsche 911 is still the only car that gives me a funny butterfly feeling in my stomach. We use to have a 911 --miss it still. Here's to your getting that Porsche 911 dream of a car one day, Wayne. For me, it's the Lamborghini Aventado that does the trick. Makes me weak in the knees just thinking about it. You will make it and buy that car, great poem.
If one's gonna dream -- dream big! Great work here, Wayne. 6 years ago from Spring Valley, CA. U.S.A. I had so much fun dreaming about cars like this one ----- now I am glad I never had one,,, it may have ruined the dreams. Oh hi Wayne. It's me waving at you as you zoom by in your delightful Porsche 911. Oooooh. What a babe magnet they are. I once dated a guy who had an orange Porsche Targa and he let me drive it. Once. Just once. After that I was known as lead foot. If I could, I would make you a gift of this magnificent 911Porsche. I love your poem Wayne! Will share with others and thanks! Yes, some of them are finally getting in my price range but I am now too fond of the money to let it go! I'll have to hit it bigger as a writer as my AdSense money will take at least 20 more years to accumulate to the price. The Porsche 911 what a beauty!
