I was in the market for a Cayenne for my wife birthday! I had looked at a new Cayenne GTS and I could not find the one with the options I wanted. I came across a used Cayenne Turbo at Porsche of Orland Park! I email them and got reply鈥檚 back with in mins from Danielle and Maen. And I told them that I will be coming in the next day or two! Been on a busy schedule and was not able to get in until Wednesday morning. As I walk in the doors, a nice greeting lady by the name of Lindsey offer me coffee while she notified Maen the sales manager. Mean while he was busy with a customer, Danielle had went off to get the vehicle ready for test drive. She was pretty knowledgeable as she ended up testing the vehicle with me and answer my questions. This Cayenne Turbo is a beast. Back to the office Maen assisted me on my trade in and purchase options. I wanted to lease and do a buy out afterwards, after doing the numbers Maen suggested to finance which was way cheaper then paying 16k in taxes. Bod was great in explaining all the options and how to used them, since they know that I have to get out by 2:00 to go pick up my son from school. Now Larry is back and he was quick and straight forward. I told him what I don鈥檛 want and what I do want! I was out at 2:20 and had to used all 520hp on my way back just in time to pick up my son. When a buyer purchases a car on finance and later wish to end the contract an early settlement figure has to be agreed with the finance company. After the loan has been settled the owner is free to sell. But there are many unscrupulous sellers that are flogging cars with outstanding finance to new buyers who will then find they do not legally own the car. What's more, although the poor buyer is protected by the Consumer Credit Act 1974, they will have to prove they did not know about the outstanding debt otherwise the finance company can repossess the car. A HPI check will show, amongst other things, if a car has any outstanding finance, an invaluable check before you buy! If you can knock out the bumps and disguise faults, any write-off can be turned into a seemingly good car if you are a criminal. Cut 'n' shut creations, two cars cobbled together into one whole 'undamaged' car, can also look safe but are effectively death traps, especially if involved in another accident. A vehicle history check will reveal if a car has been written off by an insurer, but not all are identified. A good mechanic, will be able to detect signs a car has been repaired, especially as the work is unlikely to be of a high standard! It is naive to think that stadiums, particularly new ones, will serve one team and one sport only. Financial reality obliterates that fantasy. Even the holy grounds of Yankee Stadium and Fenway Park have opened their gates for activities beyond baseball. In the lobbying, planning and construction phases of Audi Field, D.C. United officials said repeatedly that the 20,000-seat venue would welcome much more than MLS matches. 150 million of the city鈥檚, club investors were not going to limit the stadium鈥檚 use to 20-25 soccer matches per year. Even so, it was a jolt to many supporters recently to hear that the reincarnated XFL would inhabit the Southwest D.C. Football, played by men much larger and more violent than soccer players, takes a toll on grass surfaces 鈥?fields that need to meet high standards to facilitate quality soccer, which, at its best, is conducted on the ground. The time of the year is troublesome: With the XFL planning to operate between February and May, the field might become vulnerable to the transition from winter to spring (think snow, ice, mush and temperature swings).
The MLS season commences in early March. Contract details were not disclosed, but United has apparently included clauses that require the XFL to pay for major field repairs and possible resodding. Additionally, United matches have scheduling priority and the teams will not host games in the same week. Each XFL team will play a 10-game schedule, meaning just five home dates, plus possible playoffs. Jason Levien, United鈥檚 co-chairman and chief executive, said he did not want to comment. United, which opened Audi Field last summer, is among three MLS teams that will share facilities with the XFL. The Seattle Sounders and Los Angeles Galaxy are the others. Seattle鈥檚 CenturyLink Field, which is already home to the NFL鈥檚 Seattle Seahawks, has artificial turf and won鈥檛 be as affected as Audi Field and StubHub Center, the Galaxy鈥檚 grass-covered venue. NFL鈥檚 Patriots. New York City FC co-exists on grass with the Yankees during long, concurrent seasons.
Mercedes-Benz Stadium (turf) is used by Atlanta United and the Falcons. Vancouver鈥檚 BC Place (turf) houses MLS鈥檚 Whitecaps and the CFL鈥檚 Lions. Toronto FC and the CFL鈥檚 Argonauts occupy BMO Field (grass). United is aiming to stage 50 to 75 on-field events (sports and concerts) annually at Audi Field and some 200 overall (corporate and family gatherings in the indoor areas, for instance). So what else is coming to Audi Field? The team, sources said, is looking to host rugby and lacrosse next year. Conversations have taken place with two lacrosse circuits: Major League Lacrosse and Premier Lacrosse League. The organization is interested in staging MLL鈥檚 championship game in September, if it doesn鈥檛 conflict with a United match. The 2019 MLS schedule is in the preliminary planning phase and should be finalized in a few weeks. This year, MLL played the final at a United Soccer League stadium in Charleston, S.C.
