New car for sale for 2013 will replace many existing models and introduce them with redesigned versions. In 2014, we will see swing of foreign as well as domestic luxury and performance in those midsize and compact cars. German automaker Audi has new plans fro 2015 with -door sports-luxury coupe and convertible along with a over SUV. Infiniti will be the pure-electric one to watch out for. This is probably our first look on the upcoming 2020 Porsche 992 Turbo, thanks to a leaked image that shows an uncovered examples sitting in what looks like the production line in Porsche鈥檚 factory. 911 flagship. While we always hold our reservations when it comes to leaked images, this one right here appears to be the real deal after some cross-referencing with our more recent spy shots. Information about the powertrain of the new 911 Turbo is still limited but the new generation is expected to use a revised and more powerful version of the current 3.8-liter flat-six engine. Standard Turbo models could get as much as 600hp to play with, with the Turbo S adding an extra 30hp into the mix. Both of them will get the new eight-speed PDK transmission. The most intriguing part of the 911 Turbo is Porsche鈥檚 promise of electrification. According to previous reports, officials have hinted that for the electrified versions of the new 911 they will follow a similar strategy with the Panamera. That means that there are going to be two plug-in hybrid versions, with the most powerful one getting the Turbo S E-Hybrid moniker and ridiculous amounts of firepower. Does this mean that Porsche is going to officially reveal the new 911 Turbo at the Geneva Motor Show? Let鈥檚 wait and see.
The 718 Boxster comes standard with anti-lock brakes, stability control, front knee airbags, seat-mounted side body airbags, door-mounted side head airbags, a rearview camera and parking sensors. The optional adaptive cruise control system includes a forward-collision warning and automatic braking system. There's also a blind spot monitoring system available called Lane Change Assist. The optional Porsche Connect provides automatic emergency assistance and remote services like a stolen-vehicle locator and remote door locking/unlocking. The Boxster has not been crash tested by the IIHS nor the NHTSA. The 718 Boxster is one of the best cars you can drive, period. With its mid-engine, RWD layout, it's inherently designed for optimal handling balance and response. Its quicker steering enhances its razor-sharp reflexes and sublime control. However, your driving experience can differ greatly based on the engine and transmissions you choose, along with whether you select certain options boxes. For starters, although the base 2.0-liter looks good on paper, it's a little underwhelming in person. It just doesn't sound or feel as invigorating as you'd hope from a car that can be this fun and that costs this much. Stepping up to the 2.5-liter, though even more expensive, is recommended. We would also recommend considering the manual transmission.
Other changes include the front trunk lid and fenders, which are now hewn from carbon fiber, along with a magnesium roof. The RS also gets a larger front spoiler lip and larger side skirts for more downforce. Thankfully, it keeps the extra-large fixed rear wing. Inside, the RS comes with carbon-fiber-shelled bucket seats; lightweight glass, door panels and door opening loops; reduced sound insulation; and no rear seats. With the Weissach package, the front and rear sway bars and coupling rods, vehicle roof, steering wheel trim and shift paddles on the steering wheel are all made of carbon fiber, which reduces the weight by roughly 13 more pounds. Forged magnesium wheels, weighing around 25 pounds less than the standard wheels, are also available, bringing the weight of the RS down to 3,153 pounds. The reason the GT3 RS Weissach weighs the same as the GT3 is that the RS uses the wider body of the Turbo model, like its predecessors, and has the extra weight of the bigger wheels.
