Some people are particular about the number of owners however i would take a well maintained 5 owner car over a poorly maintained 2 owner car. Look at the total hours and compare those to the odometer reading to calculate an average speed over the life of the car. I think normal ones work out to around 30 MPH give or take. Whats the oil change schedule (should be every 5k miles), and what oil have they been using? My top recommendation is to pay an extra hundred bucks during the PPI to have the oil filter removed and cut open to inspect for debris. This will give you piece of mind vs waiting until your first oil change after you bought the car. I know from experience. The oil filter is a clean indication of the engine health. It should be completely free of any debris. One or two tiny specs its likely ok, but any large flakes or lots of tiny particles is BAD NEWS. It should feel smooth. The pedal shouldn't feel stiff or heavy. These can last 50-100k miles. With low mile cars you may have tires that look new but are timed-out at 5-7 yrs old. Old tires can dry rot and get rock hard. The manufacturing year is written on the sidewall. Any accidents on the carfax? Check for rock chips. These cars get a LOT. Check if the bumper or hood has been resprayed. Check the windshield for chips. If it was replaced make sure it has the proper factory seal. 100. If the headlights are yellowed those can be polished out. However if the fog lights are crazed they will need to be replaced. 300-400 for LED aftermarkets.

The German language has a way of using one word where English needs five. 鈥淪timmig,鈥?Porsche鈥檚 director of exterior design and styling Peter Varga uses to describe the 2019 Porsche Cayenne. It invokes a snug fit of disparate elements鈥攁 sense of harmony or cohesion that runs from nose to rear. 鈥淔or me, personally, it鈥檚 an iconic car,鈥?Varga said through a German translator while running his hand over the bonnet of a new Cayenne Turbo during its launch last month in Crete. A drive around the remote Greek island showed that Porsche succeeds, not surprisingly, in fusing the comfort of a touring car with the capability of a legitimate off-roader鈥攚hile taking driving dynamics and dashboard technology to the next level. To be fair, Porsche never had a fundamental problem melding the design elements of its five-passenger family-hauler. The skepticism it initially attracted when the nameplate launched in 2002 gave way to record-breaking sales, catapulting the mid-size Cayenne to the top of Porsche鈥檚 line-up, until brand鈥檚 second SUV, the smaller Macan, surpassed it more than a decade later.

But the new Cayenne must now compete鈥攊nside, outside, and under the hood鈥攚ith the spate of rivals it inspired from Bentley, Maserati, and the like. From the outset, the new Cayenne looks similar to the outgoing one, bearing the typical Porsche face marked by long fenders, a long hood, and a prominent power dome. A closer look at the sheet metal with Varga reveals small adjustments that equate to an outsized impact. Designers hewed to the second-generation Cayenne鈥檚 proportions but added a dose of 鈥渟porty dynamism鈥?by lowering the roof slightly. 鈥淎 huge challenge was bringing down the roofline by one centimeter,鈥?Varga explains. The new Cayenne鈥檚 other fait accompli is its fighter jet-inspired active roof spoiler鈥攖he only one on the market鈥攄esigned to improve downforce and shorten stopping distance. Optional rear-axle steering gives the SUV a 911-like boost when cornering, a feature that helped on Crete鈥檚 twisty roads high above the Mediterranean.

When looking at various vehicles on the market, there will be seen a number of antenna solutions on the vehicle structure. The most popular antenna placement is a monopole rod antenna on the roof of the car, as this method fulfils the most important basic requirements, high above ground and unobstructed. The radiation characteristic is quasi omni directional, when the metallic roof is large enough. 100 MHz, which refers to FM-broadcasting reception, TV-reception and mobile telephoning systems, monopole antennas on vehicle roof are perfectly suited. In addition, they are very easy to implement and with about 5 EUR or less per piece very cheap. These are the reason why the majority of the vehicle manufacturers apply monopole rod antennas. Sometimes the car designer does not like antennas on the structure. Then hidden antenna concepts must be used. A very common way is to place the antennas into a plastic spoiler.
