Options For Front Lip, Side Skirts, Rear Diffuser...Let's See What You Have!

Options For Front Lip, Side Skirts, Rear Diffuser...Let's See What You Have!

I'm looking for input on what has actually been installed and used (pics please!) rather than buying something that is untested. 8721 but I haven't seen anyone on here with it installed on their car. Though, it seems the M3 & M4 guys are quite happy with theirs. I will be tracking the car so I'm hoping the mounting points are strong. And what's up with the RW Carbon links getting blocked on here--are they shady or did they piss off the mods at some point? Side skirts: Admittedly I'm on the fence about these and I haven't found many options. A huge selling point for me is how they can reduce rock chips on the side of the car. I'm undecided if the car would look better with these. Rear Diffuser: I'm drawing a blank on this because there are a lot of options and they're all pretty expensive. And I don't know what they would add, other than having matching CF bits along the bottom of the car. I've also read they're a pain to install. Other: Maybe a CF trunk spoiler? I'm not sure they'll even look good. It seems these often just make the car look busy. Rear Diffuser went on my car in under 30min. Just need to be careful and have right tools. My car is loaded with AutomotIve Passion parts.

As Porsche restores the first-ever 917 model to roadworthy condition in time for its 50th anniversary, the German manufacturer has offered up imagery of 2019鈥檚 917 concept car study. The ultra-slick hypercar is not only easy on the eyes, but a potential hint at what Porsche has in store for the future. Though this particular study actually dates back to 2014, it hasn鈥檛 been revealed to the public until now. Clean lines and a striking, race-inspired red and white paintjob make for a true head-turner. Naturally, the car isn鈥檛 going to be produced any time soon, but it does provide real intrigue by way of the promise the design holds for future Porsche hypercars. In an interview with Autocar Porsche design chief Michael Mauer hints at some possible cues the team may adapt going forward. 鈥淲hen you look at the 917 Concept then, personally, I love it,鈥?he says. You look at it and you immediately make the connections. But as a designer who believes that the next hypercar should point to the future, I鈥檓 not so sure. It is not decided though that the car will be fully electric. There are opportunities with hybrid, too. Thus, despite the beauty of the car in the images above, expect Porsche to take an entirely different direction for its next high-end hypercar. Though the maker clearly appreciates its own history, it seems as though upcoming models are going to be appropriately futuristic, complete with fossil fuel-free powertrain.

Drove an hour to visit this dealership vs. Land Rover dealership as service level reviews were so strong. I was not disappointed. It started with a nice exchange with Justine (client care) and was followed by a easy sales experience with Vito. I never felt pressured and felt he was looking out for me. I absolutely hate shopping for a car but I have to admit this was pretty darn easy and not the least bit painful.

The Pedestal Edition of the ATS-V coupe and CTS-V sedan look spectacular in a special shade of Bronze Sand Metallic, and come accented in black chrome, a carbon-fiber appearance package, dark-finish forged alloys, and red Brembo brake calipers. Inside, the Recaro buckets along with other parts of the cabin are upholstered in jet-black semi-aniline leather with Light Wheat microsuede inserts, bronze-colored stitching, and more carbon-fiber trim. The Pedestal Editions also come equipped with the Performance Data Recorder and Rear Camera Mirror system (on the CTS-V). 102,590 (plus destination). Only 300 examples in total will be offered for sale in the US, Canada, and Middle East. So if you want to get your hands on one, you鈥檇 better act fast. Order books open at the beginning of the new month ahead. Both models are slated to be discontinued in the near future, but that won鈥檛 spell the end of the V-Series. Cadillac鈥檚 in the process of rolling out the new CT6-V, which was previously announced as the CT6 V-Sport, and packs a twin-turbo V8 with 550 horsepower. That鈥檚 more than the ATS-V鈥檚 464 hp but less than the CTS-V鈥檚 640, and bodes well for the future of Cadillac鈥檚 performance line.
