Supply Voltage (Terminal 15) - Voltage Too High/Too Low
Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition on
- No control unit fault stored
Possible cause of fault
- Battery positive voltage too low
- Generator faulty
- Air-conditioning system regulator faulty
Affected pins
Plug D, pin 7, pin 9 and pin 15

NOTE:
- Erase the fault memory before troubleshooting and perform a test drive.
- If the fault is recorded again, commence troubleshooting.

Sensor Supply Voltage (5 V) - Too High/Too Low/B+ Short/Ground Short
Diagnostic conditions
- Ignition on
- No control unit fault stored
Possible cause of fault
- Short circuit to B+/ground/between wires or open circuit in wiring between air-conditioning system regulator and the four flap sensors
- One of the four flap drive motors faulty
- Air-conditioning system regulator faulty
