2024 Porsche Cayenne Coupe Turbo / Turbo S
The 2024 Cayenne Coupe Turbo / Turbo S are powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 engine that delivers 650 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque. This beast of an engine can propel the Cayenne Coupe Turbo GT (the U.S.-exclusive model) from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.8 seconds and reach a top speed of 189 mph, according to Porsche. That's faster than some supercars, and certainly faster than most SUVs on the market.
But the Cayenne Coupe Turbo / Turbo S are not just about straight-line speed. They also offer impressive handling and agility, thanks to a host of performance features such as an adaptive air suspension, rear-axle steering, torque vectoring, ceramic composite brakes, and 22-inch wheels with sticky Pirelli tires. The Cayenne Coupe Turbo GT also gets a carbon-fiber roof, a sport exhaust system with titanium tips, and a more aggressive body kit.
Inside, the Cayenne Coupe Turbo / Turbo S are as luxurious as you'd expect from a Porsche. They feature a new 12.6-inch curved digital instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system with PCM 6.0 software. The gear selector has been replaced by a toggle switch on the dash, creating more space for storage and climate controls. The front passenger can also enjoy a 10.9-inch touchscreen, similar to the one in the Taycan electric sedan.
The Cayenne Coupe Turbo / Turbo S are not cheap, though. The Turbo GT starts at $197,950, while the pricing for the regular Turbo and the plug-in hybrid Turbo S E-Hybrid have not been announced yet. But if you're looking for an SUV that can do it all - and do it better than most - the 2024 Porsche Cayenne Coupe Turbo / Turbo S might be worth the splurge.
