If you do get that Porsche, make sure take a spin for me. Thank you. This was the last bit of poetry that I placed on HubPages having grown frustrated with their focus for SEO. I can still count on getting that Porsche! My work will continue to be here as the task of moving over 600 items is just too overwhelming. Maybe I'll come back again one day when I hear that things have changed for the better. Voted Up and Awesome--not sure if that matters after reading previous comments--but I love the poem.
And what is also cool is how I landed here. I had just read an article by Marlin55 and in the article, he references a Porche Boxter. 2000 Mustang Red Convertible --I called it my mid-life crisis car. Let you know details later. So I can come down and read my poetry to you folks all afternoon, huh? That sounds great. My mom just turned 85 in May so I know how special that is for family. I am sure that there will be a lot of "sister stuff" going on. My wife loves to do things with her two sisters as well. March will be an excellent time for it as well with spring in bloom. Well, I had first decided to clean my site out completely here at HP but that is a large task now and some of the stuff is time and circumstance related. I have a new website which I will drop you in an email but I have just about filled it up with the things that I have moved.
If I add much more, I will have to buy the industrial spam protection program and that is hard to justify when the site is not bringing in any money. I have not posted any type of writing here sinc May 28. I am probably going to leave some stuff here and selectively move some of the other stuff as time permits. I see no reason to align myself with their quality standards as all they represent are a bunch of search engine optimizations which supposedly make the article easier to find on the 'net. It also makes the article more appealing to those looking for SEO documents which they can pirate and pedal to other sites. I question their standards in that since they have made the changes, my views have dropped tenfold. Basically, they are putting lipstick on a pig as far as I am concerned then praying that you won't notice that it is a pig. I hope you will read it and watch the videos as I thought it came out quite good. I will send those links to you.
If I get to feeling "richer" and land that Porsche, I just might have to take that drive again. Funny how we look for all these places in the world to visit and we have not yet really explored our own world. Are you still gonna write anything other than poems? I don't know why things have changed so much on here lately. The attraction of hubpages was that it was a forum where we could write whatever we wanted and now they are putting so many stipulations. It's definitely an itch I need to scratch except that I am more careful about it in my later years. I had Corvette fever right out of college and ended up with a sunfire yellow convertible roadster with the 427 big block engine. I drove it all the way to California on Route 66 on my way to flight school with the USAF.
