For Porsche Boxster & Cayman Owners

For Porsche Boxster & Cayman Owners

User Name Remember Me? Hardtop, Porsche Sport seats, new tires. H&R lowering springs, Bilstein HD's, B&M short shift, water pump, beluga exhaust, ECS 15mm spacers last 6k. Replaced back window about 2 years ago. General maintenance - new plugs and tubes, Mobil 1 every 3k or 1 year, all filters, new brake fluid about 3 years ago. Tons of other stuff, receipts provided. Owned for 4 years, time for something else. This car is very clean and tight. You could buy a cheaper car but as you know, you will spend well over 13k getting it to where this car is. Clean car fax though some body work under right vent. Can't tell visually, I discovered a year or so after ownership due to small imperfection in paint. Check with Indie and he's not concerned, car drives as should and he's aligned after lowering. Latch on center console not perfect but holding. 15k complete, 13k without hardtop and sport seats. I have original seats (excellent condition). Original springs, muffler will come with car. Just notice, the right side picture is when I was going through my red stage. I removed the red Porsche script and lines and went back to stock. Sorry for the confusion. Quick question, where did you get the coolant and oil caps? I actually got at the Hershey swap meet. I can look tonight. Also came with Gas cap and a brake fluid fill cap. I actually got at the Hershey swap meet. I can look tonight. Also came with Gas cap and a brake fluid fill cap. And they are quality? Feel pretty nice. Believe aluminum. I still have all the original stuff to go with the car. I am pulling off the market. All times are GMT -8. The time now is 07:27 PM.

Compared to other supercar, the parameters of the Porsche 911 Carrera quite normal, but when directly feel, the car brings a sense of excitement difficult to describe. Each accelerator pedal carries the feel of the engine, despite the turbocharged engine, but the driver does not notice turbo lag which is inherent weaknesses of the same technology. This is a good point that Porsche has excellently handled thoroughly on the 911 Carrera. In addition, the car's growl can also be minimized or increased through a button, suitable for all driver preferences. The Porsche 911 Carrera has a variety of driving modes ranging from mellow to "fierce". However, in any mode, the famous 7-speed PDK gearbox will also make any rider feel satisfied. Fast, definitive transfer speeds, almost perceivable only through the sound of the exhaust and the clock. In the quietest mode, the Porsche 911 will be very good, the rounds always keep the level less than 2,000 rpm for quiet and the most economical. If you pay attention to tire parameters, you can recognize the following tire width up to 305 (305 / 30ZR20 tire size), which is equivalent to the super class supercar. This has some say on the ability to grip the culmination of this car, in conjunction with the suspension management system.

My husband and I disagree on whether we should tip the parking valet at a nice restaurant in town. Parking is free if the card is validated at the restaurant. My husband feels that since we have to park there in order to dine at the restaurant, we shouldn't have to pay anyone for parking our car. I think we should give something to the person who gets our car. Should we give a tip, and if so, how much? 2 when they get your car. However, depending on your location and the parking facility, valet tips could be much higher. Nowadays, tips are more or less expected. Many service workers are paid minimum wage, and rely on tips to augment their earnings. Here are some guidelines for tipping: Generally, salaried staff such as hotel managers or cruise captains are not tipped. Gratuities are given to service employees such as valets, waiters, housekeepers, taxicab drivers, airport porters, hairstylists, and tour guides. 5 bills. For example, when handing the gratuity to the valet fold the bill at least in half or thirds, and say thank you while handing it to them. The amount of the tip is up to you.

20 or more, if a special service is performed such as getting you a table when you have no reservation and the restaurant is full. Waiters: 15-20% of the bill, unless a gratuity is already added to the bill. In the United States normally a gratuity is not automatically added unless you have a party of 6 or more. In a buffet restaurant, add 10% to the bill for gratuity, more if drinks are filled and plates removed. Many foreign countries automatically add gratuities, so check your bill carefully. Overseas, even if the gratuity is already added, some people like to leave some small change on the table. 1 minimum, whichever is greater. 2 when you leave your car and again when they get your car. 2 per bag plus a couple extra if he shows you the room. 1 for hailing a cab; if he helps with luggage, same as Bell Hop.

Concierge: nothing for simple questions. 10 per task performed. Put the gratuity in an envelope with a note of thanks and give to the concierge. 2. However, when ordering room service, make sure to inquire whether the server will actually receive the gratuity that has been added to the bill. If not, then tip accordingly. 2 per day left either daily on the pillow or at the end of your stay. Spa Services: 15-20%, if a service charge is not already included. 2 minimum, whichever greater. Some cruise lines add the gratuity onto the payment for you, so check with the specific cruise ship on which you will be traveling. Otherwise, plan to include tipping as part of the cost of taking a cruise. Usually small envelopes are left in your cabin with suggestions for gratuity amounts. 4 each per guest per day. 2 each per guest per day. Hand out the gratuities in the envelopes to each person at the last evening meal, and to the cabin steward the day before the cruise ends. On a cruise ship, you don't need to tip your bartender, wine steward or bar waiter because a 15% surcharge has been added to every drink for gratuity. Some cruise lines may state tipping not required, but tips should still be given for good service. 5 for a 1-2 hour sightseeing tour. 3. Note that deliver charges are not tips that the delivery person gets.
